Anthony Mordechai Tzvi Russell is the mensch! A former opera singer, he left classical singing behind to use his voice to look for the connection between the Jewish and the African American spirit. Russell, a deeply soulful man with a warm heart and a big smile, embodies both effortlessly. We were happy to bring him to The Contemporary Jewish Museum to perform for our Cubicle Concert series in 2013.
